Why should I hire a professional photography company?

We have the expertise, experience, and education to capture your special moments. Our post-production skills allow us to make small edits so that the ultimate images are perfect and show off your vision.

What types of events have you photographed?

We have captured high school senior sessions, engagement sessions, family, and individual portraits. We have also photographed weddings, bar mitzvahs, high school proms, birthday parties, and small business/seasonal for their online galleries. These can be seen in the portfolios. If you have a special event planned, let us capture and preserve it while you enjoy and create memories.

Do you take school photos?

Yes, we can take yearbook photos for schools and daycare centers. We have photographed high school prom and other high school events. We are more than happy to take photos of elementary and middle school events. Connect us if you are interested at Other Haff Photography capturing your school event.

Who picks the location of my session?

You can pick your favorite/memorable location for the session, or you can even choose your house! If you do not know a location, we can brainstorm and choose the perfect spot based on your interests.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

To save the date, you have to pay a 50% deposit, the price of the deposit will depend on what type of session you are having. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. If you have to cancel your session, that 50% can go towards the rescheduling of the new session. We can only reschedule once during the calendar year.

Do I need to confirm my session?

Yes, please. An email confirmation will be sent a week before your session. If we do not receive your confirmation back, we will not be showing up for the session. Your time and ours are precious and we want to respect our commitments.

What happens if it rains during my session?

If it rains, we have two options. We can either capture the images in the rain, or we can reschedule the session.

Are there hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. We are transparent with our prices. We would like you to enjoy your favorite prints displayed in your home and to be cherished by all your loved ones for years to come.

Do you have an A La Carte?

We have an A La Carte that fits every budget. You can choose from collections to individually selected pieces that can be treasured by you.

Do I have to pay a sales tax?

Yes, a sales tax is paid by the client. It is based on where the final product is delivered or where the Other Haff Photography's office is located.

What payment choices do you accept?

We accept cash and checks. We also have custom-made payment plans. At this time. We only accept Credit/Debit Cards for our themed Mini Sessions. Please inquire about more details.

What social media accounts do you have?

At this time, we can be found on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us to learn about our special events and learn more about us!

When and how do I pay you?

The remaining session fee is due at the beginning of the session so we can capture your images. We accept cash or check for all sessions. We only accept Credit/Debit Cards for our themed Mini Sessions. When the images are ready, we can preserve your images in various products that are available at in-person sales sessions. At the end of the in-person sale, 50% of the product amount is to be paid to process your order.

What is a themed mini session?

A themed Mini session is a delightful and condensed photography experience that revolves around a specific theme or concept. With carefully selected props, backdrops, and settings, our talented photographers create an immersive environment that brings the theme to life. These sessions capture the essence of the theme and the unique personalities involved. Themed Mini sessions are designed to be convenient and accessible, making them perfect for families, couples, and individuals seeking a quick but memorable photography experience. Limited time slots create an exclusive and exciting atmosphere, allowing participants to embrace the magic, express their creativity, and leave with beautifully crafted images that reflect the occasion's spirit.

When can I see our pictures?

Sneak peeks are sent to your email or can be viewed on an online gallery. For portrait and mini sessions, it takes about three to four weeks. For wedding sessions, it takes about eight to twelve weeks.

How do I order prints, albums, or digital files?

Products can be ordered through your online gallery using email, or we can schedule an in-person sales ordering session.

Are you willing to travel?

Yes, let's plan it! If you want to have your session at a nearby coffee shop, your favorite city/country, or even your favorite National Park, we can make it happen! A custom-made quote will be made for your session. Please inquire about more details.
